Your wedding reception is much more than the 4 to 8 hours of music and celebration that everyone sees. Behind the scenes, I invest 25 to 30 hours into carefully planning every detail: from event coordination and playlist curation to equipment setup and soundchecks, ensuring that everything runs smoothly for your big day.

My goal is to make your vision a reality while alleviating stress so you can fully enjoy your night. You’ll receive a comprehensive planning guide that covers all the key elements of your event, with a wide range of music selections from various genres. Whether you want to personalize it with your own Spotify playlists or stick to crowd favorites, I’ve got you covered.

When your guests arrive, they’ll notice the difference right away—from music that reflects your unique style, played at the perfect volume, to an inviting atmosphere created by tasteful lighting and a DJ who’s approachable and ready to engage. Requests are encouraged, as long as they fit within your preferences.

With experience spanning both indoor and outdoor venues, I cater to gatherings from 50 to over 500 guests. If your ceremony needs sound support, rest assured, I’ve handled that with ease as well.

Pricing

I provide an all-inclusive wedding DJ package, with most metro-area receptions priced at $1500. This package includes:

  • Two in-person meetings: We’ll start with an initial consultation and hold a final planning session about a month before your wedding day. In between, we’ll fine-tune the details via email, text, or phone. If necessary, I’ll schedule a venue visit to ensure everything is coordinated, all included in the package.
  • Comprehensive setup and soundcheck: I arrive well before your guests to make sure everything is ready to go, unless restricted by the venue or itinerary.
  • Personalized playlists and lighting: Together, we’ll create the perfect atmosphere with your music preferences combined with my experience. I also provide a variety of tasteful lighting effects to make your event truly unforgettable.
  • Non-stop music: The music continues as long as your guests are dancing—even if that means playing until 4:00 AM. It’s happened more than once!

If your wedding includes an outdoor ceremony, I’m equipped to provide sound support starting at $400 for the same location. For multiple locations, we’ll sit down and work out the details. I can provide up to six microphones, and I’m able to accommodate instruments.

If your event is outside the metro area, don’t worry—I do a lot of weddings and events beyond the city limits. In 2024, I’ll be heading to places like Nelson, Wisconsin; Backus, MN; Park Rapids, MN; and Browns Valley, MN.
